What we offer

Being part of our training pool has its perks:

Payment:
- Trainers in our trainer pool will be recruited to facilitate our workshop paid via regular employment contract or freelance contract if prefered. We favour regular employment so we pay into the solidarity system and you gain pension points and / or health insurance coverage. All payment options will be made transparent to you – so you can make an informed choice.

Training:
- You will be trained on the topic and concrete content of each training. The content of our events is co-created within our projects. You will be provided with a script and facilitator guide. Your pre-existing knowledge on a topic is a bonus, but not a requirement.
- As a first time trainer you also receive facilitators training to adhere with our training standards covering non-violent communication and how to create an inclusive training environment. See below for our training standards.

Creating safe spaces for Learning and Growing

MigLAB is committed to creating inclusive, non-discriminatory training environments where all participants feel valued and safe. Our Standards draw on frameworks from the Council of Europe, Erasmus+, and Non-Violent Communication principles.

These standards guide our trainers in creating spaces where nobody feels othered, emphasizing:

•Safe space creation through clear agreements

•Cultural competence that values diverse perspectives
