Migrant Workers Solidarity Movement is an initiative, funded by the Bewegungsstiftung, aimed at empowering migrant workers and activists in Berlin to fight for fair labor conditions, policy change, and social justice. By building alliances across low-wage and tech sectors, this project will provide training, workshops, peer-mentoring, assemblies and collective action support to equip migrant communities with the skills to organize, advocate, and lead campaigns for their rights in the workplace. The goal of the project is to enable migrant workers to better fight against systemic barriers to decent work, like discrimination, limited access to unions, sub-contracting, low wages, and exploitative labor practices. Join us in creating a more equitable Berlin where migrant worker voices are heard, rights are protected, and solidarity drives real change. Together, we can build a stronger, more inclusive future for all!
